After a year of being tortured at the hands of Gene and the shadow knight army, Malachi barely escaped with his life. With his memories distorted, his emotions left unchecked, and a brand new form he has yet to master, Malachi continues to struggle with coming to terms with what had happened to him. Becoming a shadow knight hunter and being chased down by the Phoenix Alliance alongside Laurance didn’t particularly help matters out any, but then again what’s life without a good struggle.
