The father of the conquerors thought he had burned the book of dreams, but it was replaced with a false one by his eldest child, Visinya. However, the false prophecy was worshiped, and the gods placed too much trust in the mortals. The gods' anger was boiling over now, and it started with the dance of the dragon. Queen Rhaenrya of House Targaryen was their chosen. She was meant to be more than a Queen, but an Empress, the Empress that was promised. Her reincarnation, Khaleesi Daenerys Stormborn of House Targaryen, came close to fulfilling the destiny her original life was supposed to have, and even became the prophesied queen who sang a song of ice and fire, but the fools of men betrayed her, too. The gods of all had had enough and joined forces to fix their mistakes of the past and change the future for a better one.

When she gives birth to twins, a son and a daughter, not a replacement - never a replacement - Corlys and Rhaenys realise the game has suddenly changed, old allies are now enemies, and to protect their new family, they must make some hard decisions for the future if they do not want to make the same mistakes as the past.
