Trying to get deep into the Fourth's Prince head through intimacy. Love, if we can call it that, and passion, if he has some left for his bed partner.
Very dark themes here, such as sexual assault, rape, murder, and abusive relationship.

Summary
Living in the Republic of Eastern Gorteau may not have been such a bad thing after all. As the nation was weakened by repeated mutinies, cover-ups were exposed and several soldiers were transferred.
Imel was one of these soldiers, and was deported to the Empire of Kakin, separated from the child she had taken in during the attempted nationalist revolution. Working for the royal family in this parliamentary monarchy isn't quite what she'd dreamed of, but it all works out when she finds the child eventually. Who's very different from what she remembers.
Besides, when did the King have an illegitimate son?(Imel is the reader's alias, and not always the main character. Also, I'm unable to write well in the second person, so it's also possible to read as if Imel were a character in her own right. Moreover, she'll never really be described.)
I lost all motivation in this story whatsoever, so... I might come back with another fic, but I think this one is done for... I'll let it here for those who like it, but heh...
