After Martinaise, Harry went home to Precinct 41 to rebuild his old life -- with a certain additional Detective Lieutenant Kim Kitsuragi in tow. As Harry began to understand more of his life and work, he also realises his feelings for his temporary partner in THE HANGED MAN case may just past the feeling of friendship. Meanwhile, Kim was pre-occupied with the business of transferring and an on-and-off boyfriend who couldn't be bothered to make his life easier. It doesn't help Harry that everyone suddenly seems to be awfully distant and unfeeling towards him.
