Kendal was a bad person. He knew it in his bones, the way Alinua knew Life and Erin knew magic. It was something he was born with, blood he couldn't scrub out from his hands, and everyone could see it.
So why was he being treated so kindly?
OR: Kendal doesn't think he deserves this team because he was born of bloodshed. And, well. He had had hyperrealistic dreams before.
