The bitter, raw feelings... and then he runs into another Witcher in the same damn tavern. He even looks like Geralt. But instead of a walking bulwark of brooding silence, he meets a man with an open smile, kind eyes and a laugh that warms his very soul. Another few chance meetings and Jaskier finds himself inextricably drawn into Eskel's orbit. I mean, they have so much in common, including a deep, relentless yearning for a tall, brooding Witcher with hair the colour of moonlight.
All characters in this series are their game versions, with the exception of Jaskier who is an amalgamation of all with a heavy sprinkling of fanon lore. I have used "The Witcher - All Media Types", but with the exception of the jumping off point, this series uses lore from books, games, Gwent and TTRPG only.

After a fateful day in the Endless Abyss, Shen Qingqiu and Luo Binghe hear screams calling for help that lead them to a portal. They go through and are shocked to find a wounded young demon on the other side and bring him back with them.
They had no idea how attached they would get to Wei Wuxian in the short time he was with them, or the events that would follow that would lead to their reunion.
AKA Bingqiu save Wei Wuxian from the Burial Mounds and accidentally adopt him
