It looked to be a bright future for everyone yet going on's in the dark, hidden in an underground laboratory, something is released with the sole mission of changing the world as everyone knew it...by ANY means necessary and they will stop at nothing until their mission is fulfilled - murder or otherwise.

ES800 was created around July of the year 2038, months before the start of Android's rebellion. On paper, it was designed as an improved version of PC200, with features dedicated to assisting human detectives on their assignments. Considering the circumstances of the detective it will be assigned to, its creator, Belle Fezziwig, edited its codes to prioritize the well-being of the detective it worked with. Along the same line, she modified its appearance for a slicker transition. Miss Fezziwig did not disclose the modification made on ES800 to Cyberlife till the termination of her employment.
ES800 acted as one of those projects that was destined to serve a specific purpose under its creator’s guidelines. Similar to the bloom of the Android rebellion, Belle’s decision created a chain of unforeseen reactions.
Reactions such as an inconceivable romance between an Android and its human detective.

Sometimes, when he was feeling generous, Connor liked to think that trying to rationalise the ramifications and intricacies of a relationship with a human being was the most difficult part of his day. In truth, becoming responsible for a psychotic android and his indomitable protector, negotiating with devious corporates, plus the rise of a sinister cult casting a shadow over everything they had built, was more in line with his daily grind. It was strange to think that, considering their rocky relationship, Hank Anderson had become the least of his worries.Takes place right after the end of 'Effigy'.
