In a world were monsters are forced into slavery and are controlled by collars around their neck, you never thought you'd be a part of the twisted reality. Your sick and owning a monster was the only way to keep you alive just that little bit longer. You hate the idea, Your Dad hates the idea, but it is the reality you know have to live with. It does help a bit to know that the monster your stuck with hates the human race and has no qualms about you dying. You do wish he'd stop spoiling your TV shows but it's not like your going to order him not to.

Months after being on the run, I was finally found and made to stay with a mage. Unfortunately for me, the mage I was stuck with was more evil witch than mage. Not only that, but he's caused the many skeletons that lived on his property to dislike me, too.
As grim as it was, I could manage. At least it was better than death.One month into my stay, however, something changed. Another skeleton appears, one much different than the pairs that the other ten came in. The mage demands that this skeleton be roomed with me in the attic. The attic where all the rest of the forgotten things go.
The rest of the skeletons argue and attempt to find compromise. During all of this, though, this new skeleton meets me.
