Paani was quite odd, like a lone strand of blue yarn tangled in a ball of yellow, but Kwazii was partly the same. The cat never suppressed his active behavior—after all, what would life be without a little adventure? He just never expected that adventure to include someone else who thought the same, and perhaps one who needed more assistance than Kwazii would ever need in his lifetime.
Or, in which Kwazii saved Paani 5 times, and 1 time Paani saved him.

This is such a cute story! And the ending where Paani wraps his tail around Kwazii as they sleep together is even cuter! Btw, I became a KwaziixPaani fan since reading Castaway Barnacles AU made by cacartoon from Tumblr during my vacation in the Philippines.

The octonauts were relaxing on the Octopod during a storm when the alert sounded. Everyone went down to the launchbay, save for one member: Co-captain Coco. Despite the apparent worry, everyone felt they went on the mission as usual. Once they arrived back at the Octopod, they searched top to bottom for her. Dashi froze as lightning struck, and she glanced at Tweak, "Hey, do you know if Coco still has that anxiety? About storms?"

Summary
Shellington is aided by Octo-Agent Professor Natquik on a two week research expedition in Antarctica. Only a few days in, however, the two find themselves stranded in a blizzard, too far from the Gup-I, and Shellington is barely holding on by a thread.
Shellington must come to terms with his relationship with Dashi and the new one unknowingly sprouting before him. Natquik needs to forgive himself for the tragic death of past loved ones. They both are a mess, tangled together, but slowly unwinding.
