Summary
Kwazii is sent to accompany Paani in the Himalayas for his research. Being out open in the cold is one thing but when he and Paani get trapped inside a cave without a way out, Kwazii can feel his whiskers shiver and all his other parts too.
Paani has an idea of how to solve that.

since captain Barnacles is a polar bear ofc, Apex predators eat usually only meat so... captain Barnacles has been feeling ill a few months after the octonauts had been formed and it only got worse and worse over the years until now, captain Barnacles is still strong but not in a calm way..over the past few years he has been eating meat and when he has alone time that's all he eats, but since he lives with mainly herbivores and prey animals its been very tempting to say the least. But this was the breaking point for him, it's been a bit longer than half of a year (7ish months) and he has had no alone time, hes been stuck under a lot of stress and pressure and has been lashing out randomly when hes overwhelmed and no one can really get through to him.
Its unfortunate bc peso and inkling knew the entire time, inkling he just knew bc hes smart and observant and peso found out when captain Barnacles was yk, getting a little peckish around peso..
