Summary
The world is pretty big and small at the same time, one with friends and enemies alike. As the saying goes, we keep our friends close, but our enemies even closer. Especially when your whole world seems to be against each other.
The tension between countries and their civilians have risen to a certain point that many countries went into hiding and kept themselves out of the public eye. Countries would either live in small clusters somewhere in the cities or isolate themselves from the rest of the world.
Reason being is that minor countries of great ambition see this as an opportunity to reign, growing power hungry, and therefore a threat to many failing nations. Some question if things will ever get better.

(BE WARNED! This is my first fanfic, i may not be able to cater to high expectations.)
Stressed would be an understatement of what she was feeling at that very moment when they skillfully lured her brother far away from the capital to execute the perfect surprise attack. And, to her absolute horror, even the most powerful nation, retreated, leaving her and her brother to attempt to fend off the raging force plummeting their defenses.
She was ready to give up. After all, why else would she fight a battle even the best of the best kept themselves away from? Well, she soon found out the reason why the US decided to keep itself away.
Soldiers. Foreign soldiers from the West. It seemed like an entire solar flare burst through the gloomy, hopeless, and smoggy sky. However, upon close inspection... these were no ordinary soldiers. They were the Soviets.
The next thing the Philippines knew, she was locked up in a dungeon in a warship.

Alternate universe where Phil gets colonized by the USSR. She'll be interacting with other countries just trying to survive in the war, and possibly even coming face to face with the one responsible... (Huge info dump in the first chapter)

1) Association of Southeast Asian Nations, also known as ASEAN is the father figure of the 5 founding nations. With the oldest being Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines, Malaysia and the youngest but one of the richest, Singapore. They see each other as brothers as they took care of each other in the past. Malaysia is the most protective over Singapore as he is the smallest country and the weakest when he was first found by him. The other 6 countries that joined ASEAN are not related in any way to the 5 nations. Just like how Canada’s father is technically Britain but he is part of the United Nations or UN.
So when one of the nations of Asean and Singapore who were always seen bickering with eachother suddenly became neutral with eachother, it caught the attention of the 4 brothers.
