Along with a message of tolerance and acceptance, it showed Tommy and Kat in their old age, as a married couple, with a son and grandson. What we didn't see was how they got to that point and how they truly celebrated the holidays with their family. So ... what if they took all their children and grandchildren on a walk down Memory Lane, telling them about a long and sometimes twisted path with many ups and downs, about failures and triumphs and of loves found and lost and found again?
