The device began to generate a bright light in its core,
“Shit-” Tim’s words faded beneath the overwhelming noise the device emitted
Cassie, Bart and Kon immediately tried to run and remove the device from Tim’s hands.The light quickly engulfed the room in a blinding white and when it faded, the four heroes had vanished, along with the device.

How could anyone expect him to not take a few seconds to analyze every crevice formed on Kon’s grimacing face as he mustered all his strength to lift a fallen building, or the way the light refracted off his studded belt as it shifted lower on his hips? That time, a full body shiver had momentarily wracked his body instead of the adrenaline required to block a kick. His broken ribs made sure to thank him for that one.
TLDR: Tim cannot for the life of him keep his focus when Kon is engaging in battle with him. Smut ensues.

Superboy has existed for five months.
He didn’t know what to expect when he came to a meeting this morning, but it wasn’t being told that everyone had to start attending school with a human identity. Now as Conner Kent, he has to come to terms with that.Robin has been Robin for eight years.
He hadn't expected how attached he'd get to Superboy—that he'd become his best friend without even getting a real name. It's difficult to come to terms with the fact that his best friend is a clone, or that he's going to go undercover as a human for two years.Neither of them expect their friendship to grow past such, or civilian lives to get in the way. After all, Conner doesn't have one and he couldn't possibly meet Robin out of the costume. Right?

Summary
Conner had a pretty good life, all things considered. He wouldn't necessarily call it a great life, but it was good enough.
Sure, living alone at Mount Justice with only a robot for company could get lonely sometimes, but he had his independence, his freedom from Lex, and his teammates on Young Justice.Unfortunately, no matter how content he was with his life, he could never quite shake the way he ached for Superman's approval. The way his insides twisted when his mistakes were met with harsh words and punishing hands. The way jealousy sunk its claws in deep every time he had to watch Superman and Jon interact. Still, he had a pretty good life, and that was all he needed.
But when an accident ends with Conner being thrown through a wall and Superman learning that his clone isn't quite as tough as he seems, that pretty good life comes crashing down around his shoulders. Superman insists these changes are for the best, that he's trying to make amends and help, but Conner isn't so sure. Not that anybody ever seemed to care what he thought.
At least Jon had a pretty cool video game collection. Maybe living with the Kents wouldn't be so bad.

The booth is warm underneath him after the hour he spent sitting there, eating a burger and dipping his fries in a chocolate and peanut butter milkshake. It doesn't bother him that between bites, he's the only one who's been talking, aside from how they respond. Tension might be running a bit high since yesterday Superman was shot out of the sky with a missile that said 'Luthor' on the side.
"Can you pass the salt?" Clark asks, voice strained.
"Of course," Lex responds, handing him the sugar.
or, Kon deserves to be handed off in a booth in fast food restuarant like the child of divorce that he is.

“You don’t get goosebumps.” Tim muttered quietly, into the mess of his hair. Kon made a non-committal noise into the skin of Tim’s neck, and Tim could feel him fighting the urge to cling. Tim knew where his mind was – it was somewhere in between the nightmare that’d had him shaking and groaning under his breath until he’d woken up, dragging Tim to full consciousness with him.
“Normally, when people are afraid, they’re covered in ‘em.” Tim continued, smoothing his hand over Kon’s back, fabric of his t-shirt riding up slightly. “But you’re still all smooth.”
