Wilbur prepared himself to greet Technoblade, but only a confused noise came out of him the moment he laid his eyes on the piglin. He looked..different.
Not in a bad way, but in a very eccentric, out-of-character way. Hell, he had the ears of a bunny! Had he missed Halloween? Is this what this is? Are they all playing dress-up now? If so, Wilbur would have very much preferred if someone had actually told him.
“Nice outfit?” the older settles on instead. “It's January.”

Prince with a Thousand Enemies. It seemed fitting. His mother used to call him that, her little prince. And now he ran from the thousand enemies. Sure, Techno was clever enough, but his life wasn’t a story. Unlike the character from the book, Techno didn’t get a happy ending. He didn’t get to evade enemies with close calls and ultimately come out victorious.
He was a coward who could never stop running, death trailing in his wake.

Wilbur is convinced that the new foster kid, Technoblade, is going to be his brother. He can feel it, and he trusts that feeling. Issue is, the fact that he's a Phantom-hybrid has scared off plenty of other fosters the Craft family has had in the past, no matter how friendly he tries to be to everyone.
Techno doesn't seem scared of him, though. Instead, Techno, Wilbur, and Tommy all start up this little "guess the hybrid" game, given that Techno's fairly secretive about his hybrid form. It's all fun and games until there's an incident that causes Techno's hybrid form to be revealed. Luckily for him, he's got a twin brother to look out for him.

Now, when Ranboo found out that he could teleport, he didn’t think that much of it. Well, sure, he did think about it, but not that hard. Even though Tommy thought that they could capitalize on his teleportation for the future vigilante “heroics,” but Ranboo thought that was unlikely. Even with the ridiculously obnoxious abilities their little group had somehow acquired.
But then something awful happens, and he does have to think about his powers. He needs to find out exactly how his powers work- how far it reaches, what happens inside the void he goes to, and what happens to people inside it?
Because if he doesn’t figure it out, then Tubbo would be stuck somewhere, forever and ever. Forever beyond Ranboo’s reach. Forever gone, and all because of Ranboo.
He was the one who lost Tubbo in that endless void. Now it’s up to him to get Tubbo back.
Because if he didn’t, if he was too weak to do it, would he ever see his brother again?
