the four horsemen don't bother to make an appearance, evidently too busy playing go fish with surtr and that one saber-toothed squirrel from ice age.bam never liked sundays; the nagging reminder that monday looms around the corner means he usually spends the whole day feeling antsy and restless, lazing around out of listlessness rather than for the sake of relaxing.
there's no riots, no mass hysteria, no end time preachers waving placards in your face, because when the apocalypse begins, it doesn't tell a soul.

And somehow, in that instant, he decided to do everything for this to happen, fate and Tower be damned.
(A Time travel AU that nobody asked, where it's not Baam, but the others who travel back because the cinnamon need rests and happiness (though I won't give it so easily).

Summary
After the destruction of FUG, Wolhaiksong, and even the Workshop, the "death" of Twenty-Fifth Baam, and the ultimate victory of the Jahad Empire, the women who survived were either doomed to eternal torture and servitude, had to endure a millennia of brutal violation, or were forced to serve as a slave for centuries. Those subjected to eternal damnation had very little chances of getting out, while those condemned for centuries would eventually be freed of their fates... Whether or not it was to face execution, exile, or conscription. Of course, some men also survived and were held in the exact same Floating Castle as the women, but they were put to work and treated more "mercifully" compared to the women.
And now, King Jahad, alongside his loyal friend, Lo Po Bia Traumerei, visits the halls of the damned and victory to celebrate their victory, "motivate" the few damned they had a soft spot for, and to clarify some of the damned's potential for future glories.

During his coma, that bastard Kim Dokja thought it would be amusing to use his Omniscient Reader Viewpoint skill to stalk and "watch" over his companions. But things didn't go his way, and his skill malfunctioned, sending him to "Tower of God" in the third person! Furthermore, Kim Dokja was soul-bound to Baam and couldn't find a way to return home. Kim Dokja must now accompany Baam on his ascent of the tower, only praying that his friends will arrive to save him.
Though he may have forgotten that his companions were unusually experienced in dealing with Kim Dokja's disappearances.

The fifty-first floor was once considered a safe haven for all living in the Tower. Rachel blanks at him, the disdain in his eyes, so laughably protective of something that doesn’t need protection from anyone. It’s ironic, because how would she even begin to explain to Khun that ever since Bam was ‘born’ that he was meant to be used?
(Rachel doesn't understand Khun, but she does understand Bam. So despite what Khun might think, for this game, for once, she's the one with the upper hand.)
