Summary
The Kranng are a funny creatures. Creating a transdimensional device is nothing but an ordinary Tuesday for them. But for most other creatures, this sort of creation is very out of the ordinary.
Raphael is such a creature. Because after falling into one, he doesn't know where he is and he doesn't know if he'll be able to get back. He wants to go back to his brothers. But he can't.
And all he has is this twisted, broken version of his family to show for it.

After a mission gone wrong 2012 Raphael lands, injured and alone, in the 2007 universe. Their Leo is still away in the jungles of Peru and the death of Raphael's Father is still a fresh memory in his mind. Both parties are grieving and both intend to keep those griefs a secret.

Summary
Leo watched him awkward. Instinct told him to try to relax and make a joke, but something made him feel that this one would not be well received.
"Don't worry, big brother," said the one in red bandana.
(And something in that sentence was wrong).
"You'll get your memories back and then we'll all be training together again, you'll see" he told him with a confident smile, looking like he believed every word he said. But faltering at the end of the sentence, showing a bit of his doubt.
Leo tried to smile back, only ending with a strange grimace.
Everything was wrong, his body was wrong. And even though he didn't know what was going on, he was just sure that those people were not his brothers.

Rise and 2012 Leo change dimension. The problem? They both have amnesia, they are in each other's body and they both just woke up from their respective coma.

Summary
Ever since the Kraang Invasion ended Raph has been having frequent nightmares and it’s been really hard for him to get any sleep because of it. One particular nightmare really shakes him to his core though; in the nightmare, he’s kraangified just like he was during the invasion and he ended up killing his entire family, and shortly after the nightmare he immediately wakes up and tries to leave the Lair because he doesn’t want to end up hurting his family like he did during the invasion (he also doesn’t want the nightmare to become real either) but his family convinces him to stay and they reassure him that he would never actually hurt them and they help him feel better as much as they can.

The yokai had many, many questionably legal and potentially unsafe things left out in the open in his lab.
And unfortunately, Leo and Donnie, happen to stumble upon one of those potentially unsafe things. And unfortunately…there may not be a way back.

Leo and Donnie accidentally trip into mystic shenanigans and end up fusing into one entity. The catch is, this new person believes they have always been this way. That they have always been one person.
And, at the end of the day, they may not want to turn back.

Raph was proud of his brothers. He really was. He grew up and got to watch all of them become so smart, so creative, so tactical. He’s proud of every art project Mikey shows with a gap-toothed smile, he’s proud of every invention Donnie pretends he doesn’t need validation for even if he doesn’t understand it, he’s even proud of all those high school chess tournaments Leo destroyed back in high school after a year and a half of pretending he was too cool for chess club. They were so, so talented, and he… was Raph. It only makes sense that they’d move on to bigger, better things.
If only that didn't somehow correlate to the constant fog and chill he feels, nowadays.
