However, something happened last time they attended the Dance of the Moonlight Jellies and she wouldn't set foot in the farm until years after.

Haley was set and content that was for sure, nothing was wrong and she was ready for the life that was expected of her, she doubted anything could change her mind on that. She'd heard the farmers daughter had moved to town which was... annoying she guessed she'd have to avoid another smelly farmer.

The farmer is married. The town is stable. The people are happy. Everything is fine. Since Lewis was roped into officiating the wedding of a living shadow to his local farmer (who also turned out to be more than he seemed), life has been fairly peaceful for the old mayor.
That was until the governor wanted a visit.
This itself isn't a problem, but when two sides of Lewis' world meet, his week is about to get a lot more dangerous.
