Summary
Hatchetfield was a strange little island town, surrounded by supernatural myths, inexplicable events, corruption, and mysterious posters with sayings such as “I hope you enjoy the island”. When a group of Brazilian tourists — who themselves have a lot of secrets to keep — visit the island, one of them, Cellbit, is haunted by bad feelings and violent nightmares. He knows something is wrong, but he can’t point at what it is, exactly.
Moved by uneasiness, curiosity and a love for mysteries, Cellbit starts investigating Hatchetfield and its residents, meeting new people, reencountering old friends, making allies and defying evil and powerful forces. In spite of that, Cellbit is also able to enjoy the island, partially because of a charming Mexican gift shop employee, who coincidentally looks very similar to one of the performers from the drag bar Las Casualonas.

Summary
Hatchetfield era uma estranha cidadezinha ilhada, assombrada por mitos sobrenaturais, acontecimentos inexplicáveis, corrupção, e cartazes misteriosos exibindo mensagens como “I hope you enjoy the island”. Quando um grupo de turistas brasileiros — eles mesmos com seus próprios segredos a serem mantidos —, visitam a ilha, um deles, Cellbit, é perturbado por maus pressentimentos e pesadelos sangrentos. Ele sabe que há algo de errado, porém não sabe dizer exatamente o quê.
Movido pela inquietação, curiosidade e sede por mistérios, Cellbit começa a investigar Hatchetfield e seus moradores, conhecendo novas pessoas, reencontrando velhos conhecidos, criando aliados e desafiando forças poderosas e malignas. Ao mesmo tempo, Cellbit também consegue achar formas de desfrutar a ilha, em parte por causa de um charmoso vendedor mexicano, que por acaso se parece muito com uma das artistas no bar drag Las Casualonas.

Todos seguem com planos e missões, e Pac se agarra a qualquer coisa que faça seu nome significar algo. Quando Forever começa a sucumbir às pílulas da felicidade da Federação, Pac vê a chance de ter propósito: criar um antídoto, salvar alguém, provar que ainda importa. Para isso, precisa estudar as pílulas. Testá-las. Entender seus efeitos.
Mas tudo desmorona. Na tentativa de ficar dias acordado trabalhando, Pac mistura privação de sono, desespero e doses experimentais das Happy Pills. O resultado não é foco — é ruptura

Cellbit pulls Roier to some isolated place and kisses him hard and bruising.

Roier expected nothing of it. After all, they've done it without protection all those times and nothing has happened before. Someone like Roier should not actually have to worry about this kind of stuff anyway.
Or, Roier gets pregnant during Purgatory and has to navigate through pregnancy and learn how to become a parent while mourning his dead husband.

Opening the hood of the car, he saw that the problem was exactly what he had thought: tons of dust that had been kicked up earlier had ended up in the engine filter and blocked the oxygen intake to the engine's intake manifold. In short, he would have to call a tow truck to get him out of there, meaning he would be late for work and have more headaches with these things. He took his phone out of his pocket and turned it on, only to find that he had no signal for calls.
“How I love the countryside.” He thought sarcastically. Obviously, he didn't hate the more “natural” parts of Quesadilla, but now they were the source of his biggest headache.
“Do you need help?” A voice came from behind him, not only giving the black-haired man a little scare and making him squeal, but also shaking Pac to his core. Firm, thick, but with a slight touch of kindness in the question.
