Summary
"What if Chelsea had won?"
For Ruby's whole life, she had been living amongst her community, just barely slipping by. She had been the one to fear others, but now, she was truly the one to be feared in Oceanside. After Chelsea's supposed claim of 'saving' Ruby from the clutches of Gordon Lighthouse, she finds herself in a position where she is truly unable to make out whether or not she is going to see the light of day.
P.S - I wrote this in December of 2023 so I'm sorry if this makes absolutely no sense.

Summary
Ruby Gillman has never felt normal. She’s always been different from everyone else in the literal sense. Things turned out even worse when she found out she can turn into a giant kraken simply by touching the ocean water. Now, she feels like she has no one to turn to. But just when it feels like everything has come crashing down, she finds Chelsea, a mermaid, who thinks she should embrace the kraken inside of her. Ruby is hesitant at first, but soon finds out that a giant kraken is just what she might need to fix the broken history between her and Chelsea’s people and right the wrongs of the past. Whether or not this will be the case, is a story left to be seen.

Meanwhile with Chelsea, things aren't going great. Like Ruby, she's stressed too. She is worried about her kingdom, what little of it, is going into shambles.
It's up to Ruby and Chelsea to prove that Krakens and Mermaids can come into harmony if they just give it a chance.
