"As for a wheelchair, I see no need. You could always just get one from ALDI if you're really that desperate." The doctor chuckles, and rage flares in his chest, sharp and viscious.
Tommy wants to speak, but no words form. He wants to protest, but they keep talking.
He isn't going to get a hospital chair. They're heavy, hard to move, hurt to push and just cause more issues in the long term. Tommy is losing mobility and even further than that, independence. It's terrifying, and nobody will listen to him. Tears sting behind his eyes, but Tommy refuses to let them fall.
What Tommy needs is a custom wheelchair that won't cause him harm.
Currently, he can't go outside without experiencing pain. He can't get to school, he can't make it through a school day. Tommy, with his current level of mobility and support, cannot properly live without hurting himself in some way.
Or; Unhelpful doctors and unsupportive parents.
Or or; The author isn't having a great time so now it's Tommy's problem.

Summary
In this world after someone dies they are reincarnated, they won’t remember their past life when they are. Some people are special and when they are reincarnated they get reincarnated into the same body, this usually happens when a bond forms with a group of people that are always destined to meet again.
Philza, Techno, and Wilbur were one of those special people. Everytime they are reincarnated they would meet together again no matter what. Tommy and Tubbo on the other hand wasn't one of those people or the people who just reincarnate, he never reincarnates. He’s immortal. He doesn’t die. He’s not 16 like people think, he’s many centuries old.

Regular ol' Tomathy Innes. With a cool roommate and a hard to break habit of walking around places at the wrong time—By all his records, he's fine. Diploma, lovin' parents, a degree in the making!
..Okay so there's some lies. Some abnormalities.
Especially considering the predicament he found himself in; hiding glowing eyes while the grunt below his foot spasmed from the after-effects of being kicked. Repeatedly. Very, very hard.. He should find an exit.
“Well maybe if you weren’t such a dick and just told me where to go?!”
Another thing that was wrong with him was his concerning habit to talk aloud to virtually nothing.
“Your entire purpose is just to annoy me.”
It seemed he had a concussion. Oh dear.

He only wanted to be left alone, be rid of all the people coming in his house and taking away his furniture. It’s not fair, it’s not theirs.
He wants to be alone.
And now he will be.
Tommy turns away from Wilbur’s corpse with a satisfied smile, about to go wake one of the other two up with a loud noise or something of the sort, when something stirs behind him. Bedsheets ruffle, and if Tommy had a heart, it would’ve stopped in fear and somewhat mixed dread.
The shuffling did not come from the body.
There, rubbing his eyes as if he were just waking up from a long sleep, yellow feathers sticking out everywhere in his curly brown hair, a pale transparent figure similar to Tommy’s own sits inside his own body, slowly and steadily waking up.
The ghost of Wilbur opens his eyes, looking around confused before locking eyes with Tommy. “Hello?”
Tommy’s metaphorical heart drops to his feet.
“Oh fuck.”

Summary
In a small town bordering a monster infested forest laid Tommy, a boy like no other with a past forgotten with time. He was shunned by the villagers for something he couldn’t control, well, all but one. Dream was a man who had great standing and took him in when anyone else would have left him to die. He was Tommy’s sounder, his protector.
So he turned a blind eye to Dream’s harsh treatment and questionable actions. Everything changes when Dream lets him go into the Nether with him on an expedition. When he meets the monsters he resembles so much like, when they take him with open arms despite his growls and loud protests.
Alternatively: Tommy gets taken in by piglin SBI after being mistreated by humans all his life. He relearns what it means to be loved while carrying biases on his back that’s been drilled into him all his life. He wants nothing to do with them, yet at the same time he wonders why they treat him so much better then Dream ever did.
Dream was sounder, he was protector. At least that’s what he once believed.

New L’Manburg was beautiful during the winter. The floating lanterns that illuminated its quaint little wooden roads made all the little ice crystals that covered the whole scenery glitter. The surface of the lake that had filled in the crater Wilbur had left behind was frozen, although the clear water underneath was still visible. Schools of clown fish swam through the corals, salmon rushed by in a hurry to get upstream, cods lazily explored the extensive kelp forest down there at a relaxed pace, and glow squids offered a light spectacle like no other.
It was a pity, Tommy thought, that he didn’t have the time to take in all of that beauty.
For one thing, he was pretty sure that he wasn’t allowed back into the country he’d helped to found yet. Wanted posters with his face drawn on them were still hanging on the one bulletin board that existed in the town center. They were faded and a couple had been ripped up, but there had been no attempt to officially remove them. For another, well, he was there because he’d heard whispers of a certain event taking place on that day, and he didn’t want to miss it.

“Have you seen my dark umbrella?” Wilbur asks, scanning the workshop with his dark eyes that gleam dully against his snow-white skin.
Tommy doesn’t even look up, agitation curling in his gut where he’s certain food is supposed to be. “No, why the fuck would I know?”
He sees as Wilbur’s eyebrows raise, as he looks momentarily surprised by the hostility–but as soon as the vulnerability that is expression fades away, he mutters, “Okay, then.”
Tommy ignores the bubbling feeling of guilt mixing itself in with the agitation and turns back to the stupid key as the door slams shut.
It was supposed to be a one-time thing. But it keeps happening.~~~~~~~~~~
