December 23, 1096. The Ursus city of Chernobog has been plunged into chaos as a result of riots insurrected by the Pro-Infected faction known as Reunion. The Ursus military is struggling to keep the situation under control. Meanwhile, Infected pharmaceutical company Rhodes Island has infiltrated the Ursus city on a mission to rescue someone simply known as "Doctor". Unbeknownst to them, they will fail in their objective, but not in the way they expected.
Unbeknownst to the two warring factions, a strange force of tan, steel beasts of war have arrived in the city. They are operated by crews from a foreign land, armed with strange weapons similar to those wielded by the Laterno Angels but not exactly... These crews will soon change Terra's history.

Choked by the mist that carries the mutation-bringing Pandoravirus, humanity hangs on by its fingernails. With mere minutes left until midnight on the clock, the Phoenix Project, a multinational organisation tasked with protecting humanity from whatever threats may come, reactivates one last base in an attempt to stem the tide.
And in the depths of that base, they find a man in a suspended animation pod who might just be able to do something about the state of the world, if only he could remember who he was.TL:DR - Phoenix Point, with Arknights characters and a healthy dose of Terra lore thrown in for seasoning! Perhaps the most shamelessly self-indulgent crossover I've ever planned considering Phoenix is a pretty niche game, but hopefully some of you have enough interest to give it a shot. Can probably be enjoyed to 90% capacity with minimal or no knowledge of Phoenix Point lore outside of "Lovecraftian fish virus is trying to kill us all".
