Summary
A life ago Lady Itoh was the teenage bride Masako, who was sent to Edo to marry the shogun’s son. This is her life in her world as I imagined it :-)
I noticed that I liked writing about Edo Japan so much that it's difficult to finish it. I'm trying to write to the fire in Edo in 1657. Right now I'm in 1635, while an old man has been telling for several chapters about his war experiences in 1592. I'm a very slow storyteller.
I changed the Active Warnings to 'Graphic depictions of violence' when I had written chapters 22 till 28. The first 21 chapters don't contain violence, although I like a bit of drama.
