Sana lives in a gold mining town almost out of luck when a dashing stranger named Chaeyoung comes along. Maybe this stranger is exactly who Sana has been missing from her life. Maybe she is a spy from investors come to see if the mine is profitable or going under. Maybe she is someone more nefarious.
Little Tiger's gang has been striking supply lines nearby and Sana has to balance keeping up morale to boost the town before investors arrive and spending time with this charming stranger as outlaws and Sana's father's shady past catch up with them. There is poker, whiskey, outlaws, angry businesspeople, flirting, a single skippable sex scene, tears and betrayal.Chapter 13 is the sex scene. Before the sex starts there is a warning and you can easily skip to the recap above Chapter 14. Or, you can skip directly TO the sex scene, whatever floats your boat.
