Summary
When Ronon Dex and Carson Beckett are summoned to the planet Ashunge to heal a leader who has fallen ill, they find themselves trapped and unable to leave. Ashunge is mainly divided into two sectors, Names and Hands, which has created a division among the people. Names who rule and enjoy the finer aspects the planet has to offer. Hands who work endlessly so Names can live in opulence. Worst of all, Carson and Ronon have been separated from each other across the town line. When a budding romance between the two men forms, their differing stations create a forbidden relationship. They must navigate hiding their romance while surviving a political game Carson too often finds himself thrust into the center of despite simply being a doctor.

I tried to talk him out of it - I could do without someone jumping at shadows next to me the whole time, thanks.” The tiniest of white lies - Radek was one of the few scientists on this expedition that he could trust with the sort of Ancient tech that the locals had found. Besides they worked well together, mostly because Radek knew when to stay out of the way and when Rodney needed someone to bounce ideas off.
“Blbost,” Radek snapped, “you think I do not know when you meddle?” Rodney could feel the heat of his glare over the top of the laptop.

An explosion traps John, Rodney and Ronon beneath the rubble of an Ancient outpost. With Rodney's life hanging by a thread, their only hope is Teyla and Jennifer, who are facing their own troubles. Captured by thieves, the women have to find a way to rescue their friends, stop the thieves' evil-Fagin-like leader, and, oh yeah, save themselves at the same time.

Summary
Amos Fyree, a member of SG1 from the future, came back in time and reluctantly saved the Asgard when Hala, one of their colony worlds, was under attack by the Replicators. Amos goes with the Asgard Freyr to download the Knowledge of the Ancients in order to build a weapon to defeat the Replicators. He is able to download the Knowledge of the Ancients, something that kills most humans, because in his blood are experimental medical nanites made by Devlan Medical Technologies.
After he saves Hala, he convinces the Asgard to take Asuras -- the Replicator Homeworld in the Pegasus Galaxy. He is convinced that he can save the Asgard from Extinction by using Replicator technology to create new biosynthetic bodies for the Asgard. In doing so, he makes his own biosynthetic version of FRAN called Reva -- an exact copy of Taylor Russel.
Amos programs Reva to cook for him, clean for him, and make love to him. He falls in love with Reva, and the two become each other's reason for being.

Summary
This story is about the origin and journey of the reality-hopping Daedalus (as seen in The Daedalus Variations) and its original crew. It is primarily set in Atlantis and aboard Daedalus, but starts out on Earth and features a lot of SGC personnel.
The divergence between the prime reality (the TV show) and the alpha reality (this one) can be traced back to P3R-233, the world with the quantum mirror in There But For the Grace of God, which is also where the prime SGC found the Ancient communications stone that O'Neill touched in Daniel Jackson's office (as seen in Citizen Joe). In the alpha reality, no communications stone had been left behind on P3R-233, and so the events of Citizen Joe never happened, and the ancient communications terminal found in Avalon (which needed communications stones to function) was something of a mystery...
