Summary
Izuku gets hit by a civilian quirk that turns him into a woman. He tries to hide it from his class as he returns to the dorms but he runs into Kirishima (and Bakugou as a result). Now yeah, its a shitty quirk to be hit by, but why is Izuku so upset? Of course, Bakugou wants to find out exactly why. Can our two dumbasses figure out their feelings while also dealing with this new quirk development??
Oh and also – Izuku was born as a female and had transitioned when he was around 6 years old so no one knows (not even his Kachaan :P), so he’s super dysphoric and that’s why he’s so upset.

But it was true. His moms hair was silky smooth and loose at her shoulders. She had bangs like him, something he was grateful for. It was flowy in the wind and sparkled like snow in the sun. “They’ll love you,” Momo said, gently laying a hand on her girlfriend’s arm. Even then, though, Jirou could see the worry in her brow. Momo’s worry was inevitable, like realising your drifting into space had turned into intensely staring at a person for the past ten minutes, or forgetting your friends’ birthday until a week after the fact.
Jirou snorted, glancing back down at her short plaid skirt, black band tee, and boots. She’d tried her best to look put together, but she never exactly had been raised to play rich. Nothing she did would keep the truth from stumbling in on tired legs - that Momo was way out of her league.

It's okay though. Or, well, she mourns the suffering he must have gone through, the horrors he must know, but it won't change how she feels about her friend. No matter what.

The flowers are flat and dry and there's a lot of them. Dozens, Momo thinks, looking at them all, many of them hanging in bunches from the ceiling, bound together in shoelaces, of all things.
The sunset casts them all in blood and fire, their shadows stark where they are thrust upon the walls.

Katsuki felt a little sorry for Eijiro. He kinda dragged him into this. He knew that the redhead hadn’t planned to get mated at only eighteen to his best friend and his best friend’s childhood friend. And while Katsuki didn’t regret it one bit to get mated, he felt bad for his friend. Even though he said it was okay.
