The only person who remembers the people who should still be is Scott Lang, recently released from five years trapped in the quantum realm. Luck has never been by his side. Both parents are gone, his uncle was shot, and he and a billion of other people were erased from existance for five years. Although, he did luck out on gaining Spider Powers. Peter Parker would like to make it known to whatever higher being is watching him that his life isn’t a comedy show. He lost everything when his aunt died in the first Purge. He wasn’t even there to protect her. Now on the run across the country from an anti-mutant hate group and the government, Peter is injured, wet, and cold from a dip in a cold ass lake. He arrives at a cabin, and the lights are on. Peter does what many people he saved as Spiderman would do. He calls for help.

Summary
Rewrite/Fix-It/AU of the Smallville season two episode "Ryan." How would the story differ in a world a bit more like the comics, where Clark was in high school in the 1990s and was already Superboy? Would being Superboy, rather than just Clark, give him a better chance at saving Ryan?
While it is a Smallville-centric story, it's also an AU/Crossover and a fusion of sorts (expect some winking references to non-DC things), told in flashback by a "Superman & Lois" and "Super-Sons"-era Clark, looking back on his time in high school. Inspired by Smallville and classic Superboy comics alongside Post-Crisis and Post-Rebirth continuities, this story not only follows Clark's relationship with Ryan, but how Ryan's presence in their lives changes things for both Clark and Lex.
There's a few genderflipped characters for reasons, and well, most everyone is gay. Chloe is Colin, Lana is Landon, and Clark has two dads. Not an Omegaverse world. Just the way I roll.
It's not all sunshine and rainbows, but I will say I am not a fan of angst, and I *am* a fan of happy endings, though some things may have a trace of the bittersweet. Hope you enjoy!

Loki knew what he had to do. He had the tesseract in his pocket dimension, and only he could access it. So, what was the one way to seal it off by killing himself? He hated the idea of dying for real this time; it was so easy the first time, but now he had everything he ever wanted, and it was going to be taken away. He looked Thanos in the eye, stuck out his hand, and summoned a knife, driving straight into his neck.

As the world begins to heal, Tony wrestles with guilt over his inability to protect the young hero, while Peter, back from the blip, struggles to find his place in a world that feels both familiar and foreign.
“I missed you too, kid,” Tony said, his voice unsteady. “More than you know.”
Peter gave him a small, uncertain smile, but it was the kind of smile that said more than words could. Tony felt a pang in his heart—he should’ve been there for him more. He should’ve been the one to pick up the pieces when things fell apart, not just after everything had already been set in motion.
Tony swallowed, forcing his breath to steady. He couldn’t fix the past, but maybe—just maybe—he could make sure Peter knew one thing for certain: He wasn’t going to let go of him now.
He wasn’t going to lose him again.
