Liam was living a pretty decent life despite being a orphan. Living with a old, but crazy artificer who doesn't worship the Gods for some reason and uses him as both a magic battery and a servant/work hand. But it was better than living on the Streets until one of the Temples and/or dark cults snatch him up. Even if said old weirdo had a very strange rule that he HEAVILY enforced: NEVER use his magic outside the home.
This all changes on his 16th birthday...

Summary
The AU is where all of the Celestial family members aren't truly themselves/who they say they are (some because they're keeping it a secret and have malicious intent for the family) like Sun is in Moon's old body, New Moon's in Sun's old body, Earth has half of Lunar's code, etc etc. But in this AU; instead of Lunar who is actually Eclipse- doesn't have positive star power and instead had negative and was under Cetus’ influence/mentorship and was being blindly used to start the world infection. Meaning Lunar had died and while trying to be rebuilt in space; his code was accidentally replaced with Eclipse's (a backup he placed in him maybe)
All of the characters who are in someone elses body still have most of the same personality traits as they would normally but have progressed differently than in the main AU (so Sun who is in Old Moon's body, is still anxious, light hearted, friendly— but became less jumpy, more mature, and bold.) And the Moon in Sun's old body is NOT Old Moon but instead a slightly spiteful, judgemental, and jaded; New Moon.

After all, she was the only person who really treated him like a person and not some heartless machine (spoiler, none of them had hearts and all of them were robots, but that's beside the point). So when the Creator started to bother her, Nexus wasn't going to let it slide.

It's been a lot of fun, though I can't resist keeping it all to myself when so much of it is fun to read back on! So, I'd like to share it all with y'all.
Quick disclaimer, I'm totally cool with others taking this idea to use as well! It's not like it's originally mine to start with, I borrowed this idea from my friends. And feel free to use some of the scenarios within this if you want to share your own responses, too! All I ask is that you swap out any of my OCs or character variations from my personal AUs with you're own if they're involved in that particular prompt. Like Emerith, Nem, my Ruined Refugee AU version of Ruin, etc. ;w; It would be much appreciated!
Lastly, this story is not open to requests regarding characters or scenarios, this is just me sharing a thing I do for fun. You can suggest certain scenario ideas and I may want to try them, but it is not a guarantee and this story isn't inherently subject to reader influence.
