As soon as Sunny’s eyes opened, he threw the blankets off him and ran.
He ran past the door and down the stairs. He ran past Mari, who was beginning to walk up the stairs to wake him up; her eyes widened at the sight of Sunny brushing right past her. Sunny ran straight into the kitchen, breathing heavily as he looked at the calendar stuck to the fridge. There was a red circle on a certain date, not having been X-ed out like the days prior. He looked at the bolded note in the middle of the circle.
THE RECITAL. It said, with a smiley face right next to it.
The recital, today, marked in all red—hell, it was underlined, too.

Summary
The recital is coming soon, and Sunny and Mari are having some difficulties. Namely with each other. Mari's perfectionism and Sunny's lack of experience don't clash well, it turns out. With Mari losing her patience and Sunny losing his mind, things aren't looking too good until finally, the last thread of Sunny's tolerance snaps and he runs off. Will someone be able to help Sunny and fix things between the siblings before it gets much worse?

After Sunny's meltdown, Hero is torn on what to do about the situation but ultimately decides that he isn't fully equipped to handle the situation himself. He doesn't want to make things worse for either of the siblings, so the most he can do is give Sunny a break for the day, take care of him as best as he can, and then get him home. After all, Mari has to be worried, right? Hopefully, the two of them can work things out on their own.
