"Most of, if not all, of the Triskelion windows were broken in from the water. Peter walked through the building as the systems started to be rebooted and the alarms came back on.
Over the comm system, Coulson's voice cracked out, "All non-injured agents are encouraged to evacuate. Helping the injured get to the ships outside is the priority as of right now. Evacuation plans are to commence immediately."
Peter dragged his feet, making his way to the office which used to be Nick Fury's. Oh, how would Fury have handled today?
Surely, he would've done a better job than Peter did. Then Spider-Man did."

Summary
hydra took over midtown high because word got around (again) that Spider-Man goes there. Long story short peter gets stuck in a janitor closet hiding with his former bully flash Thompson. Could this get any worse? News flash, it can! Peter happens to be shot, and the only way out is sharing with flash that he’s Spider-Man, another way out is flash using venom. But neither one of them wants to share their identities, even though Peter already knows! A lot of problems here, ugh he really hated that Parker luck.
