Summary
Stephanie Brown, forged from the horrors of Gotham itself was always made to be a hero. She was going to do it by herself or with the people around her, no matter what. There was no universe in which her independence didn't get her stuck in the 'vigiliante' gig.
In this universe, she dons on cheap rubber gloves and practices on roof tops before she starts her work to destroy her dad.

In this universe, she does not leave Tim behind. He leaves her behind.
In this universe, she is Spoiler, then Batgirl, then Hummingbird and then Spoiler again because Stephanie was the hero of her own tale. And no one else's.

A world where Hunter Mei is not a selfish person, and agrees to become the new Robin after Jason’s death. Of course, this causes a butterfly effect.

Summary
My retelling of Under the Red Hood. Red Hood has recently risen to power in Gotham and has caught the attention of some powerful people. The GCPD (funded and controlled by rival syndicates) assign the Red Hood case to one Officer Dick Grayson. By day he might hunt the crime lord, but by night he finds them aligned in their goals, if not the methodology of getting there. Tim knows Batman's secret identity, but never confronts him about needing another Robin. Coincidentally he is never adopted by Bruce, and Bruce is worse off for it. Nevertheless Tim has a good heart and helps to improve his community with some good old fashion sleuthing and some anonymous tips.
Inspired by the movie Hopscotch (1980).
My head cannon ages: Dick is early 30s, Jason is late 20s, and Tim is early/mid 20s.

Batman spirals into unrestricted violence after second Robin's death. He is harming himself and Gotham. Nobody sees it. Or cares.
So 12-year-old Tim Drake takes matters into his own hands. But instead of going to Nightwing (who left Gotham and Batman behind long before Robin's death), Tim decides to give his favorite hero another outlet target. It was supposed to last only for a few months, to ease Batman into the next stage of grief.
Either the plan got derailed while he was not watching or he is too good at acting. Now people call him Ghost Robin, Rat, Dove, and who knows what else. He swears he didn't plan for this.
Meh, he is too deep already and might help a few people while on it. -

Summary
Jason looks upon Junior the same way he looks upon himself every morning. He sees Junior and feels so many conflicting emotions. Not because the kid reminds him of the joker but because he's a kid that's so hurt that he'll never be the same.
Jason knows that JJ won't ever be Tim again in the same way that Jason won't ever be Robin again. Jason understands that once the joker gets his claws into you, you're lucky to claw your way out with any sense of self whatsoever. Even if that sense of self is warped into something completely different.
Jason could never tell JJ to just leave the pain behind when Jason knows that his own pain is what has made and unmade Jason himself.
