Summary
In a rare moment within the lives of Neas, the Gladiator of Gallifrey, they've regenerated as two different incarnations in one body. Enter "Elvara," a fusion of Cara (the Fourth Gladiator) and Elvira (the 24th Gladiator), who must navigate within a realm full of familiar names with different faces, all of whom are in grave danger. My take on the live-action Little Mermaid film. I saw it twice in the movie theater, twice on Disney+, and two-and-a-half times on a plane ride (I didn’t finish watching it on the first plane ride, but I finished watching it on the second plane ride as well as the third plane ride). It also still blows me right out of the water (pun intended).

Thirty of your favorite Disney and DreamWorks characters are now children on the Orphan Train! Otherwise known as: Someone whack me upside the head for creating this tragedy.
So, I started thinking about how so many Disney characters either have no parents, or they die in the movies. And then I read a Western novel that mentioned the orphan trains. And this resulted:
Mind: Hey!
Sanity: No.
Mind: Yes!
Sanity: No.
Mind: YES!
Sanity: NO. Remember what happened when you tried to do the Hunger Games with Disney/DreamWorks characters?
Mind: *shudders*
Sanity: Mm-hm.
Mind: *five minutes later* YES!
Sanity: *doesn't say anything because it's gone*Anyway, the basic story is pretty simple. Thirty movie characters, now kids from the ages of two to fourteen, are on the orphan train. And every other character who appears (even random passersby) are movie characters too!
I would like to give a HUGE shootout (whoops, I mean shoutout, this Western stuff gets stuck in my head) to my sisters for helping me with this, and for the great ideas (I would never have thought to give Hiccup a crutch!)
This is going to be a long fic, so hold on to your ten-gallon hats!
