Maxwell R. Zero has settled into life as the CEO of Zero Marine International, as well as Captain of Zero Marine Bigg City
While his expanded job means that he can't spend as much time as those who previously served as Captain did working directly with his fleet, it does mean he gets to spend time doing jobs that give him more freedom to explore what it means to hold the title he's grown into. One such job, a tedious house keeping task to keep the archives at least somewhat organized and relevant, reviles something that he hadn't properly received when he took the mantle of head of the Z-Stacks.
But at least he's found it now, and can understand what it means to be the Captain of Zero Marine, at least in the eyes of those before him.

Summary
Captain Zero is a little more than compelled to join Captain Star on a series of business meetings, all while navigating strange contract changes and weird looks from his crew and family.
Things start to change when meetings stop being about business and become too frequent for Zero to explain to anyone, including himself, and his family and crew become exposed to the sinking and struggling relationship he's gained and are now at risk to become victims to the man he's become at the service of.
