Hinata laughs, catching his little sister and spinning her around a little bit. “Hey, you,” he greets, grinning down at her. Natsu - and damn she’s gotten so much taller - grins up at him.
“You’re an asshole,” Natsu tells him, pulling out of the hug and punching him in the arm. “You barely called at all!”
Cheeks heating, Hinata rubs the back of his neck. “I got really busy really quickly,” he says sheepishly. “Sorry, Natsu.” She rolls her eyes, pushing her hair behind her ear.
“You still suck,” she informs him. He sighs.
“Yeah, I deserve that,” he admits, wilting a bit. Natsu laughs again, grabbing his hand and threading her fingers through it.
She starts pulling him along, and says, “Let’s go practice! I’ve gotta show you what I’ve been doing!” Hinata’s smile widens a touch, and he goes along willingly.
