“Hyung!”
Nothing usually fazes the stoic Min Yoongi, but a talking calico cat sitting on the top of their display cabinet has done the trick as he jumps and yelps in shock. Because what in the dear fuck, that is Jimin’s voice, coming from a strange looking cat with judge-y and piercing green eyes, whose expression looks a little too human for comfort.
“Hyung, it’s me! Please get me down!” The orange cat shrieks, in the high pitched and distressed tone that Jimin does whenever they watch a horror movie in the cinema.
“What the fuck.”
“Hyung, I get that it’s weird but it’s really not the worst you’ve seen. So get me down already!” The cat whines and if it could, it would have pouted in Jimin’s iconic I-will-always-get-what-I-want-because-I-know-you’re-whipped-as-hell way.
OR, Jimin accidentally messes up a spell and turns into a talking cat. It's a good thing that his boyfriend is used to his antics and still loves him very much anyway.

“I miss you.” Yoongi says as Jimin informs him sadly that he has to leave for work.
It’s silent for a while as Jimin stops packing his gym bag and stares into the camera forlornly. He sighs loudly and Yoongi only gives him a sad pout in return.
“I love you.” Jimin replies, simply.
Yoongi’s heart warms at his statement, “You know,”
Without missing a beat, the younger promises, “I know.”
He hangs up the phone.

Summary
One would think that Jimin picks places like these to spite Yoongi on purpose but on the contrary, Yoongi is perfectly aware of how opposite his personality is from his boyfriend’s. He’s literally sunshine and rainbows packed into human form while Yoongi is boring and mundane and hates all of life but Park Jimin.
Jimin’s welcoming grin is somehow more blinding than the damn sun, but instead of feeling irritated, he feels warmth (a good kind – and if you think he’s a sap – fuck you, tell him something he doesn’t already know).
or, Yoongi is whipped and really loves his boyfriend and Jimin understands and riles him up the best like no one else ever could.
