He's forced to room with one of the Governor's most integral players so that she can keep an eye on him for the Governor. She's quiet, has extreme RBF, and stares at him blankly anytime he talks. They don't get along at all, the only reason they haven't killed eachother is because of her cute younger sister.

Israfil has been in Woodbury since it's walls were first built, she helped in the construction and defense, earning her place amongst the Governor's top men. She's just trying to keep her sister alive and survive the apocalypse. Meeting Merle was just a bump in her roadplan to survival, she just needs to ignore him and keep to the plan, right?
