The bare stone corridors look like the same ones from yesterday, but Jason is disoriented and can’t tell which direction they’re going in, much less if he’s walked them before. It’s another thing adding to the discomfort of being there that he thinks he can’t share with Dick. He knows Dick would tell him he’s unnecessarily concerned, and Dick is very probably right, but Jason’s job in life is to be paranoid on behalf of his masters.
