Three weeks of crisis management and damage reports. It was also that long since Eddie Munson, town pariah, died saving the town that hated him.

All Steve wanted to do was blend in. Not make draw too much unwanted attention to himself. And as a Harrington, that was easy. He excelled in sports, was liked by people and nobody questioned his sudden appearance in 1974. Some people wondered why the Harrington's would live in a place like Hawkins, but that was their own business. Everything was finally going great, until one Saturday afternoon at his best friends place.
Steve's life just kept going downhill from there. And now that same boy he'd been friends with at 13 years old was roped into the bullshit he'd fought so hard against. And he doesn't know if he'll be able to stop it this time on his own. But when you've been hiding for so long, you forget what it's like to not have to blend in.
