I got inspired by the pool deluxe cover as it pays homage to the X-Men pool cover, and they made Robert be Scott, so I was like, wait, why not write story where both Team Mandy and Team Courtney could thrive.
Cause let's be real. We all got 2 saves for those 2 romances. So why not make both Robert's meet.
This is a genuinely original idea as I haven't seen a fic like it nor the premise, but please, if you have a better way of doing it or writing it than I do, then go ahead and do it

“I’m not asking you to believe me.” His voice is raspy with signs of disuse, Adam’s apple bobbing up and down as if it isn’t used to the movement. “I’m asking you to arrest me.”

Summary
After leaving Cecil and the GDA behind, Mark Grayson is broke, directionless, and trying hard not to fall apart under the weight of everything he’s lost. Eve wants something better for both of them. So when she discovers the Superhero Dispatch Network is opening a Chicago branch that hires powered individuals, she convinces Mark to at least look.
Robert Robertson III, ex-Mecha Man, now an expert in turning disasters into functioning teams, takes one look at Mark’s file, ignores Cecil’s warnings, and hires him anyway. Forced to work alongside unstable teammates and a boss who believes in second chances even when it hurts, Mark begins to rethink what redemption actually looks like. Meanwhile, far from L.A., Invisigal, once Robert’s mentee, now the infamous villain who slaughtered Shroud, has plans of her own.
