Summary
A bit before I remember darkness, surrounded by crowds of laughter and malice. Murmurs, and through the voices a whisper, cloaked and dripping in sweetness, but venomous at it's core.
Trick was born blind and weak, the runt of his pack. He has little memory of his childhood before the age of 13, before Gift arrived, pulled Sense out of the recesses of his mind, and saved him from whatever horrors Sense subdues.
With Gift and Sense on his side, Trick uses his new found strength to form an unconventional pack built out of all the ragtag misfits he comes across. As Alpha and leader of such a group brings difficulties, the one Trick is least qualified to deal with is the subtleties of socialization and the makings of alliances. To gain such a skill his number one advisor suggests he go undercover, somewhere most 18 year olds go to learn how to interact.
School.
With his shadow bloodied and life of violence, will Trick be able to manage a common daily life, or will he crumble under the force of common decency? -

Author's note: I am writing this to help get me back into writing. It is mean to be a low stress, unplanned writing exercise to help me get over my inhibitions.
That being said, I wont post anything if it's crap, so there is some quality assurance.
