Summary
Sinking was different from falling. The latter was fast and unforgiving, one moment and the next. Sinking - drowning - dying was more contemplative.
And as he went, down, down, down, he heard -
“Are you letting yourself die here, Zuzu?”
But the words rise something in him - something awful, but something powerful. Anger, maybe, confusion and hurt, definitely.

He grinned, a mess of teeth and lips. It wasn't pretty, but it was real.
If he was going to die, it was going to be by fire. It was going to be on land, and it was going to be on his own damn terms.
Or, different moments of Zuko and Azula's life, and their morbid relationship (with themselves, and with death.)
