This story is inspired by Joan Power's one shot story "Set Him Free" which is linked on this page. That story stirred a lot of thought and controversy. Please read it before this one.

I love this. It's so apparent that THIS is the timeline that they were meant to be together in for this story. The way they are both on the same page, and willing to compromise, but not too much, for each other. It all fits together perfectly, just like they do. :D
