Spots of colour appeared on Leon’s cheeks, and he grimaced as he brandished his mobile. “It was this, or set you up on a date with her elderly cousin Grunhilda.”
“Give me the mobile, Leon. I’ll make an account.”***
Arthur is tired of people only wanting to date him for his money. After his latest break-up, about which he isn't very broken up at all, he decides dating just isn't for him. But his best friends at least want him to talk to other humans outside the office, and they get him into a fandom space on Discord.Sometimes what you don't even know you're looking for ends up right in front of you.

Summary
Aithusa is captured by King Sarrum. In order to make sure the dragon is secure and the realm therefore safe, Arthur gathers a delegation to visit the Kingdom Amata. Merlin, however, breaks as he sees the state his daughter is in. And suddenly, secrets are no longer relevant.
Excerpt:
His teary eyes scanned all over her body, finding it worse than what Sarrum had described. Her claws were twitching and bleeding on the dirty ground. There was no water in sight and she looked thirsty while her eyes looked milky and unseeing. Yet, she seemed to recognise him somehow. For a moment, her gaze cleared and she nuzzled her forehead against Merlin’s. Cuts among her side, red coloring her white scaled bloody.“Merlin, what the hell are you doing! Come back here! NOW! It will eat you!”
But Merlin’s glare found only Sarrum’s who seemed more confused than anything. And that look, that innocence feigning, pleased expression, blinded Merlin with pure, unaltered rage. “WHAT HAVE YOU DONE TO HER!”

Sometimes Guillermo takes these days off, puts on some comfortable clothes and lays on the fancy room couch, mindlessly scrolling through his phone.

Guillermo has fucked up. It wasn’t intentional. He didn’t know that he was breaking one of the most serious vampire/familiar taboos. But did he really need to be told? He’d recognized it as a mistake as soon as Derek chomped down on his neck and blood, his blood, went spraying over every surface in the storeroom.
As soon as Derek touched him, Guillermo knew that it didn’t feel right. Nothing about it was right. Derek’s mouth on his neck, Derek’s hands on his body. Guillermo shudders now, thinking about it. It’s too late for regret now. His regrets aren’t going to save him. Right now, he has to concentrate on just staying alive.
“I am already painfully aware of how little you think of your master but you felt it necessary to let everyone else fucking know it, too.“
Guillermo looks up at Nandor and tries to convey his deep remorse with his eyes. “Please, Master,” he pleads softly. “If I could just explain —“
With vampire speed, Nandor’s hand is on his neck, pressing against his windpipe with firm pressure. It’s not a life-threatening hold, but Guillermo’s eyeballs soon feel like they’re throbbing.
