Odysseus was pretty sure he’d entered a fugue state. Either that, or the last neuron in his head had finally given up and clocked out.
He was tired. Like, “let me dissolve into someone’s sheets and get railed into a new personality” tired.
And wouldn’t you know it, someone had just walked into the room who looked very inclined to do just that.
