Summary
After a 'surprise' by Andrias goes horribly wrong, Marcy is left alone. Wandering a world she still barely knows with nothing but her shoulder bag and her feathery companion. That is, until hunger and injuries overcome her out in the woods, and things take a turn for the better...for now.
Renegades: Journey Arc takes place after the events of season 1, and includes a few violent, bloody descriptions and swearing. It as well takes a lot of inspiration from A Witch in Wartwood by Discet! (More so in future arcs, but a few minor bits here!) Later arcs will as well include mentions of slightly heavier issues, which will be warned in tags and the chapters.

He knows that his name is Mat Cauthon, and that he was brought to the tower by a member of the Red Ajah after he killed a little girl and her family under the grips of Shadar Logoth. He knows that the attempts of the Yellow Ajah to heal him have left his memories blurry and untrustworthy.
He doesn’t know why everything feels off, as though the weave of the world itself was torn and stitched back together incorrectly. He doesn’t know why the voice in his mind assuring him that he did nothing wrong sounds so much like the man he can hear crying in the room next to his.

The Gateway opened at the end of the Skimming platform and Rand waited impatiently as Liah and Maira went through first. He gave them a count of ten, like they’d agreed on, and then went into the clearing. The woods around them weren’t as green as they should be, this time of year, but it smelled of home.
It was noisier than it had been last night in Tel’aran’rhoid, but Rand barely noticed.
All he saw were Mat and Aviendha.

Gawyn opened his mouth to reject the offer, but he saw movement out of the corner of his eye. He whipped his head around to look, and panic overtook him as he realized there was an arrow headed straight towards him, too fast and now too close for him to jump out of the way in time—
The arrow bounced off something an inch away from him and fell harmlessly to the ground.
Gawyn stared at it, bewildered. It was as if there was an invisible wall in front of him, which the arrow had struck. How…?
He turned to glare at al’Thor, skin crawling at the realization that saidin was being used right next to him. “Stop doing that,” he said.
Al’Thor was staring at him, with something in his face Gawyn couldn’t quite read. “That wasn’t me,” al’Thor said quietly.
