Seriously. It started as just a way for Korn to gauge Wai’s reaction. A curiosity, if the man would be jealous if Korn said he had a date.
Now he was eating curry with Wai, Pran and Pat, while Wai went on about a trip Korn had supposedly taken to visit his fiancee. Except that he had been visiting Pran, and was hoping the stories wouldn’t overlap enough in Wai’s retelling to clue Pran in on it.
“A very happy Christmas indeed,” Wai said with a smirk.
