Summary
Slarb and Zouzab made an agreement to train together on occasion in the dead of night. It’s no strings attached harmless fun, leaving them both bloodied and breathless, going their separate ways come morning.
Zouzab sneaks into the bookshop and patches himself up alone, hiding away so Oskar doesn’t find out.
Slarb slinks into the back of the barracks and hisses an any Fang that passes, weakness not taken kindly to among their ranks.
This works out between them for a while, until those strings get tangled up.

Summary
Caught robbing a house, Gethen is given the chance opportunity to improve the quality of life for both him and his disabled sister, Sophie. However, in order to get the wealth and stability Fintan offers, Gethen has to give the one thing he can; his body. Fintan is kind, and gentle, and caught within the fires of passion, Gethen starts to warm up to the man he is to serve.

So, when MK and Mei accidentally find a cactus that makes them travel through time and in their attempt to figure out how it works end up with a dozen copies of themselves, who better to ask but their smartest guy on the team? Of course, Tang is up for the task! There's nothing his intellect can't get around to!
When he ends up a few hundred years in the past with two spider demons on his butt he needs to make allies and by the god of plot purpose, ends up with two very powerful monkeys.
Who seem to be at the end of their partnership.
Well, no one ever said it was going to be easy. Plus, a bit of couples counseling never hurt anybody! After all, he just needs them to stick around long enough for him to be able to get back home without getting attached. Not that hard.
Easy peasy.
