Ice traces down the line of Izuku’s spine and he feels something syrupy and sick twist in the pit of his stomach.
He tries to tell himself that he’s hearing things wrong. That it’s all out of context and what he thinks is happening on the other side of that door isn’t really happening.
That he’s not somehow stepped into the middle of the most cliché, low-budget drama type of situation he could possibly imagine.
But then, Izuku’s never really been that kind of lucky.

Explorations of the Chambers turns up more rooms and information than he expected. One of which is a ritual that is called 'Slytherin Binding Ritual'. Thinking it meant binding Salazar Slytherin's ghost to him and thinking 'meh, not like I'm gonna lose anything', Harry performs the ritual without even thinking of researching more about it.He forgot one of the most important thing in the world.
