Iwaizumi seems to read Oikawa’s mind before he can speak. "Uh-uh, no, you don’t get to change your mind, Tooru," he murmurs, eyes dark and sinful in the candy-colored lights of the room. "Dream big or go home, babe."
And then he’s up and gone, walking towards the doors leading to the arena, gun slung over a shoulder.
Oikawa sputters and gapes. He scrabbles up off of the ground, heart pounding and his face at a very uncomfortable temperature.
"Hajime," he whines, but Iwaizumi is gone, slipping through the blacked-out doors.
God damn it, Oikawa thinks. Somehow he’s already losing and he doesn’t even know how.

Suga stifles another giggle against his palm and lets Oikawa drag him around another corner, their sneakers squeaking against linoleum.
The school building is dark and shadowy and it is way past midnight and they’re really not supposed to be in here but hey, when Oikawa had texted him a snarky “Bet you wouldn’t break into Seijoh with me tonight, huh Kou-chan? Too risky, isn’t it?”... well Suga couldn’t resist.
It’s a game they have. Suga honestly doesn’t remember when it started but it’s been going on long enough that the moment his phone had lit up on his bedside table, Suga’s heart had leapt with excitement.
Every weekend it’s something new. A new dare. A new game they play. Just the two of them.

He enjoys the work, he makes his own schedule, and the other cam boys in his network aren't bad to look at, either. He's fond of one in particular, the ever-popular NightOwl.

Oikawa Tooru, a decorated forensic psychologist, has never met a criminal he couldn’t break. He knows how they think and he’s an expert of persuasion.
Japan’s most famous serial killer, Iwaizumi Hajime, may be the exception.
Iwaizumi isn’t quite like the criminals Oikawa has worked with in the past. He isn’t bloodthirsty or psychotic, and he shows no propensity toward violence or aggression. Once he gets past his bad attitude, he's actually quite pleasant, and Oikawa doesn’t mind the hours he spends in Iwaizumi’s underground cell.
In fact, the more Oikawa learns about him, the more he begins to believe Iwaizumi doesn’t deserve to spend a lifetime in prison.

“This is a bad idea.” Tsukishima clicked his tongue, closing his eyes and bringing a hand to rub at his temples.
He was supposed to be used to this – the ridiculousness that was his boyfriends. He had endured countless sudden early-morning nerf gun wars in their apartment, Bokuto jump tackling him from behind their couch; water balloon fights in the backyard when the heat of summer beat down on them, which usually ended in somebody getting turned on; coming home to find their television broken again because Kuroo vehemently refused to attach the safety strap on his Wiimote.
He was supposed to be used to it, but this was an entirely new level of ridiculousness.
“Keiji,” Tsukishima sighed, “please give me a reason to not commit double homicide today.”
