“I’m glad you like it.” His soft look sharpened slightly, a small smirk playing on his lips, “I know I do..though…” His gaze moved down my body, taking in every inch of my skin under the dress, “If it stays in my way any longer, I may have to buy you a new one.”
He hummed, but there was no real humor behind it. The heat came surging back nearly suffocatingly when hunger flooded his eyes. He leaned in and pressed a short kiss to my lips. Pulling back just enough to look me in the eye.
