She hums, a deep vibration that Percy feels in his bones. The sky changes colors, little prince. Sometimes it's as blue as your father's realm, other times it burns with reds and golds that would make Midas weep.
Percy closes his eyes, trying to imagine it. He's seen glimpses of the sky from beneath the waves, but never in its full glory. One day, he promises himself. One day he'll see it all.

read this in around 24 hours, i wish i could erase my memory to reread and savour this fic. such an amazing work. kept me captivated throughout!!!!
the ensemble cast is great, and it keeps itself from being a canon rehash because the world building!!!
the cast consist of not just greek gods, but norse, egyptian, and a chinese god, a mayan god..
the research done for this fic is spectacular. sumeran gods, akashic records, rumeria... truly not at all common for any mythological fiction (did not realise how well genshin wrote sumeru..!)a really insightful work of art

If that’s the case, I am deeply sorry, and good luck. It’s pretty hard to leave this trope behind once you’re into it.

Percy Jackson has to leave yet another school, but that's the least of his troubles as the gods he prays to become a little more real than just his belief system. He's been tasked with retuning Zeus's master lightning bolt, and it only gets worse from there. His only saving grace is that Hera is more then willing to fight her husband and argue in the boy's favor as a gift for being devoted like his mother, Sally Jackson, with many prayers and offerings.
(AKA: In which, Hera is not a bitch for once and actually good at her job, Hestia loves her niblings, Sally is a BAMF and a wonderful Mom, and Hera looks at the unclaimed kid and says "It's free real estate".)
